General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 89bd3 platform and its users ("player" or "you"). By visiting the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

89bd3 processes transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. Currently approved payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet), and Upay. Payments through any other method will not be accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

  • Minimum deposit (per method): ৳200
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
  • Estimated withdrawal time: 5–30 minutes

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed, particularly for larger amounts.

4.3 General Transaction Terms

  • Deposited funds must come only from your own payment account — deposits through third parties are not permitted.
  • Withdrawals will also be sent only to your own mobile banking account.
  • If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, transactions may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
  • 89bd3 reserves the right to correct any errors caused by technical issues.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members at 89bd3 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳42,000, the maximum ৳20,000 bonus is applied, bringing your total balance to ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not counted.

Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 (1,000 × 20) in bets before withdrawal.

Separate terms may apply to other promotions — the specific terms for each offer will be stated alongside that offer.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer may be used only once.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will be considered fraud.
  • 89bd3 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
  • Under the VIP program, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively.
  • The exact cashback amount will depend on weekly gaming activity.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on 89bd3 are operated through third-party game provider software. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated in any way.

  • If a technical issue occurs during a game, the result of that round will be considered void.
  • Game rules may vary by provider — please read the rules before playing.
  • Claims for winnings incorrectly displayed due to a game software error or mis-display are not valid.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting on cricket or other sports:

  • Bets on cancelled or abandoned matches will be refunded.

  • Coordinated betting (arbitrage) from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89bd3 platform and will result in immediate account closure if discovered:

  • Creating or operating more than one account.
  • Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
  • Attempting to hack or manipulate software in the game or betting system.
  • Using multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Collaborative cheating or fraud coordinated among multiple players.
  • Using automated bots or scripts.
  • Harassing or threatening platform staff or other players.

If any such activity is proven, all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 89bd3

89bd3 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
  • Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Court order or government directive.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time — contact the support team. Before closing your account, complete any pending withdrawals and ensure there are no active bonus wagering requirements.

Limitation of Liability

89bd3 will not be held liable for the following:

  • A game being interrupted mid-session due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Software errors from third-party game providers.
  • Access to your account by an unauthorized third party.
  • Financial losses resulting from your own gaming decisions.
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.

89bd3 is not obligated to pay any winnings incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
